Formal letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

I´d like to know some things about your restaurant. I´m organising a meal for a group of friends, because it´s my birthday and I would like to celebrate it, we will be 11. I´d like to know if it´s possible a table for Sunday 2nd of June. Could you please tell me if that is possible?

I have two questions. First one, have you got a set menu? And secondly, do you have live music every evening? I would like to have a great atmosphere for my birthday.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I'm organising a meal for a group of friends to celebrate a Christmas Eve party.We would like to book a table for fifteen on Friday 30th December for six 'clock. Could you please let me know if that is possible?                              

 I have two further questions. First of all, could you please let me know how much the set menu cots?  and, secondly, is there a good choice of chicken food? It's our favourite dish.

Greetings from Italy!

Hi Diana,

I´m in Italy. The weather is hot and it´s very sunny, the place is fantastic. I´m staying at an apartment,    
it´s very good and beautifull. I´m with two other people, they are very funny and very friendly.  This is a picture of the apartment.
There is a large beach near and I go swimming and walking every day.
